Car rental firm priceline has offered a $600 discount for car owners who are keen to take their car into a car boot inspection.
The ad for car max in The Australian says the service costs $6,000 and that the inspection will be done by an expert and takes place in the boot of the car.
“We’ll get your car inspected at the same time as we inspect your home, and then we’ll get a quote for your car,” it reads.
The company said it will inspect your car at a “higher level” than the typical inspection, and will also be able to give you a quote on your repairs.
“If you have any questions about our inspection service, we’ll be happy to help you,” the ad reads.
“Whether you’re looking for a good rental, or a great deal, look no further.”
Priceline has previously offered a similar service to auto-lovers looking for car rental services in Australia, but it has yet to offer a discount for the public.
It has previously said that it will provide car inspections to anyone who has a valid driving licence and insurance, or who is aged over 60.
