A reader of this blog sent us a link to a car insurance quote that shows a quote for a 2018 Toyota Camry.
It has an average cost of $8,000, with a deductible of $5,000 and a premium of $4,000.
In the same price range as the 2017 Toyota Camrys, the 2018 Toyota is also on average 35% cheaper than the 2017 Camry with a $8-6,000 premium.
We did not find a comparison of the 2017 and 2018 Toyota cars.
Another reader sent us an infographic that shows how the 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class compares to other luxury sedans.
The infographic shows the 2018 E-class sedan’s cost to insure with a range of insurance companies.
Based on that, the Mercedes-Class E-Line will cost about $3,000 more than the 2019 E-series sedan.
An additional source for quotes was this Mercedes-AMG site.
On the left is the Mercedes E-M6 sedan.
On the right is the 2018 BMW M3 sedan.
Both cars are equipped with the 7-speed automatic gearbox and have manual transmission.
While the Mercedes and BMW cars have a higher average cost, the BMW E-Series sedan is also slightly more expensive at $4.6 million, while the Mercedes is slightly more affordable at $3.9 million.
Finally, we found this Nissan LEAF comparison chart, which shows how a 2019 Nissan LEaf compares to the Mercedes AMG S. Although the Mercedes LEAF is slightly less expensive than the Nissan, it is more expensive than many other midsize sedans, with the cheapest Nissan LEF model costing $4 million.
