Car insurance company car insurance company will not cover car seats purchased from its website and its mobile app because of a new rule requiring the companies to use child-proof car seats, a mother and her husband have learned.
The rules, which go into effect on January 1, mandate car seats sold by companies that include car seat manufacturer Car-Ceiling, which includes the car seat maker, to be child-resistant.
The company also must have a website and mobile app for its customers to access.
The regulations are the result of the recent mass shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, and the subsequent increase in car deaths.
The couple was on their way to visit their son, who had a heart attack, at the hospital in late December.
They had checked in at the store and the attendant informed them that the car had been reported stolen and they needed to come with a carseat kit.
The couple arrived home and discovered the carseat had been stolen.
They took it to a store, bought it and were shocked when they discovered the seat was missing.
The store told them they would be charged $100 per child-free car seat if they didn’t provide it.
The woman told Vice News that she has contacted the company’s parent company, Car-Rental Companies, and requested that the policy be changed to require a child-friendly car seat that is child-safe.
“They told me they will change the policy to include a child safety car seat and that they will refund my premium and charge the $100 fee,” she said.
The company told Vice that they did not change the policies because the policyholder did not provide the correct information.
However, the company is asking for the customer to contact them to ask that the refund be changed.
The mother is not happy with the new policy, and is concerned the company will be able to continue charging her fees without giving her the full refund.
“My son’s car seat had to be stolen and my son’s heart was going to go down the drain.
I am upset that the company can’t give me the full $100 refund that I requested.
They are charging me for something that I am not going to get,” the mother said.
Vice News reached out to the company for comment, but did not receive a response.
A spokesperson for the company did not respond to a request for comment.
The mother is now looking for another car seat company, hoping for a refund for her loss.
“I am not happy about it at all.
I want to know why the company won’t give a refund,” she told Vice.
“I want to go back to the store, get the car seats from Car-Chair and find them for free.”
